The Faces of Fish Stalker

Some 30 years ago I started creating custom jigs, spoons and flies for myself and some fishing buddies.  Then I decided to try my hand at pouring my own leadheads and tying bucktails. I soon realized that I enjoyed creating lures almost as much as I enjoyed fishing.  Later, I teamed up with a friend who has the equipment to create molds and pour high-quality soft-plastic baits in specific color patterns. At that point Fish Stalker® was born and now you can find our Fish Stalker® lures in tackle and sport shops across the southeast. 

Monty has fished the lakes of the upstate of South Carolina since he was six years old. That is over forty years of upstate fishing experience on Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. He has lived in Westminster, South Carolina his entire life.     He has pursued practically every freshwater species available in this area throughout his fishing career. His passion is fishing for trophy bass on Lake Jocassee, his favorite lake! Monty also enjoys hunting wild turkey and whitetail deer in the surrounding foothills area of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Monty owns " Showcase Video Productions", the production company for the award winning series "The Carolina Outdoorsman Show." Monty produces, directs and hosts the long running outdoor show. His facility also produces commercials, corporate videos and occasionally a wedding video.  Monty also offers his professional service as a fishing guide.
